These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of niiny.com and to every order you place with NIINY — The Baby Shop, operated by [NEEDS OWNER INPUT: registered business / company name], [NEEDS OWNER INPUT: registered business address], Pakistan. By browsing our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
Products, prices and orders
- We do our best to show product colours, sizes and details accurately, but colours may look slightly different on different screens. Size guidance is provided on our Size Charts page.
- All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout.
- Prices, offers and product availability may change without notice. Promotional offers and discount codes are subject to their own conditions and cannot be combined unless stated.
- Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we confirm it by email, SMS, phone or WhatsApp. We may contact you to verify Cash on Delivery orders before dispatch.
- We may cancel or limit an order if an item is out of stock, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If you have already paid, you will receive a full refund.
Payment
We accept Cash on Delivery, debit and credit cards, Easypaisa and JazzCash (the methods available for your order are shown at checkout). Online payments are processed securely by our payment providers; NIINY does not store your full card or wallet details. For Cash on Delivery orders, please have the exact amount ready for the courier. We may ask for advance payment for very large orders or for customers with a history of refused deliveries.
Delivery
We deliver across Pakistan. Free delivery applies to orders over PKR 5,000. Estimated delivery times and charges are explained in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, weather or other events outside our control. Please check your parcel on delivery and tell us within 48 hours if anything is damaged or missing.
Returns, refunds and product safety
You can return eligible items within 7 days of delivery, as set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Please always read and follow the instructions, age guidance and safety warnings supplied with each product, and supervise your child when using baby gear and toys. NIINY is not responsible for harm caused by misuse of a product or failure to follow its instructions. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of Pakistan.
Accounts, content and contact
You are responsible for keeping your account login details secure and for activity under your account. Reviews and questions you post must be honest, respectful and lawful; we may remove content that is not. All content on this website — including the NIINY name, logo, images and text — belongs to NIINY or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of Pakistan.
